You can cancel your paid subscription at any time — from your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future billing.
Your access to “The Survivors” continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — the current month, or the current year on the annual plan. You won’t be charged again after that.
The Refutation is a digital subscription delivered immediately, so we generally do not refund the current billing period once it has begun — you simply won’t be billed for the next one.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or other remedy. If something has gone wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
